By accessing and using AcaMeet, operated by Harmonytics OÜ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AcaMeet is a web-based meeting scheduling service that allows users to:

• Create scheduling polls for meetings and events
• Share availability with other participants
• Find optimal meeting times based on group availability
• Integrate with calendar applications (where supported)

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
• Not use the service for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes

You may not use AcaMeet to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
• Scrape or harvest data from the service

5. Data and Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmonytics OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of AcaMeet.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of AcaMeet after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
