Calendar Not Syncing

Your availability isn't updating when you add or remove calendar events.

  • • Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the page
  • • Check if your calendar connection is still active
  • • Verify you're looking at the correct calendar
  • • Try disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar

Sync Delays

Changes take too long to appear in AcaMeet.

  • • Normal sync can take 5-15 minutes
  • • Force refresh by disconnecting and reconnecting
  • • Check your internet connection stability
  • • Verify calendar permissions haven't changed

Wrong Calendar Selected

AcaMeet is syncing the wrong calendar or missing some calendars.

  • • Go to Calendar Settings to review selected calendars
  • • Ensure all relevant calendars are checked
  • • Remove calendars you don't want to sync
  • • Save changes and wait for sync to complete

Step-by-Step Sync Reset

1. Check Connection Status

Go to Calendar Settings and verify your calendar shows as "Connected"

2. Disconnect Calendar

Click "Disconnect" next to your calendar integration

Allow time for the disconnection to process completely

4. Reconnect Calendar
