Setting Up Outlook Integration

Connect your Microsoft Outlook or Office 365 calendar with AcaMeet for seamless scheduling.

Quick Setup Guide

Step 1: Access Calendar Settings

Navigate to your AcaMeet calendar settings and select "Connect Microsoft Outlook".

  • • Go to Calendar Settings in your dashboard
  • • Click "Connect Microsoft Outlook/Office 365"
  • • Choose your account type (Personal, Work, or School)

Step 2: Microsoft Authorization

Sign in to your Microsoft account and grant permissions to AcaMeet.

  • • Use your Microsoft/Office 365 credentials
  • • Review the requested permissions
  • • Click "Accept" to authorize the connection

Step 3: Configure Sync Settings

Choose which calendars to sync and set your preferences.

  • • Select calendars to include in availability
  • • Set sync frequency (real-time recommended)
  • • Configure work hours and time zones

Enterprise Security

AcaMeet is compatible with Office 365 enterprise security policies and supports conditional access requirements.
